Submit your project researching a threatened natural resource and the conservation plans in place to protect it. Be sure to include the following: a description of your natural resource, where it is found, and what threats it faces;
a description of what conservation efforts, including government programs, are currently in place. You must find at least two; and
three suggestions on how you personally or within your community could participate in conservation efforts. These may be things you can do at home or in the community. If your community has a conservation program, you may describe it in place of one of the three suggestions you need to make.
