What would be an adaption for a deep ocean organism?

In the deep sea, animals' bodies are often transparent (such as many jellies and squids), black (such as blacksmith fish), or even red (such as many shrimp and other squids). The absence of red light at these depths keeps them concealed from both predators and prey.

a neutral ph of 7 and normal organism temperature is needed for a certain enzyme to be effective.  

what would happen to the enzyme if the ph and/or temperature fluctuate greatly from the norm?  

a.the enzyme’s hydrogen bonds will break.  

b.the activation energy will increase.  

c.more product will be formed.

d.the ideal temperature and ph for the enzyme function will decrease.  

well first you need the sample of the temperature and gas level. i couldnt write a hypothesis unless i had some data. i think temperature changes will effect volumes of gas because gas changed into a solid or liquid at specific temperatures.
