Secondary waves:

These are s-waves or shear waves and are body wavesThey have a velocity of about 1-5km/s These waves are transverse wavesThey cannot pass through a region made up of fluids

They are transverse wavesThese waves are surface wavesThey move horizontally on the surfaceLove waves cannot pass through liquids
