Do people with blue eyes most likely have cancer?

It is based on guesswork and analysis. For example, if 100 people have cancer, 80% of people have blue, green or grey eyes and fair skin, while the other 20% have some other eye colour.

these muscles maintain the blood pressure in the vessels. the smooth muscles are innervated by nerves of the autonomic nervous system. when the muscles contract, they cause vasoconstriction of the vessels and increase blood pressure. when the muscles relax, they enable vasodilation of the   blood vessels hence reduce blood pressure.
