I just need to know if I am correct here Does music help improve sleeping if you enjoy the song? I think yes, because the other night, I was listening to a playlist of songs I enjoy (I can give the names of each song if you want reccomendations) and I slept for 12 hours. I usually sleep around 4-8 hours so 12 was impressive for me.

Yes music does help if you enjoy it. It helps stimulate the brain in to still thinking you are hearing the songs. While hearing your favorite songs you will feel relaxed. So you may want to wake up but your mind does not. So music can help. And if 4-8 hours is a lack amount of time compared to what you need I would suggest listening to music more often. By the way you do not want to listen for to long or else the songs will be stuck in your head to the point your head hurts. I suggest putting a playlist on when you are starting to lay on your bee but not tired yet. So I would say a good playlist length would be 1 hour to an 1 hour and a half.
