This range of atypical variations may be physically obvious during birth, or at the other extreme range. Not obvious and may remane unknown to people all their lives. So now that you know their are more then 2 sexes (a basic biology basic) lets talk about gender! Since you get both of them mixed up :). Gender is a socially constructed role, behavior, expressions, and identities of girls, women, boys, men, and gender diverse people. So a transgender male is by all definitions a women.
