METHOD 1. Use 3 containers (lunch boxes, tins or bottles with lid) and label them A. B and
C.
2. Place a slice of bread in each container. From the same loaf.
3. Container A: Moisten the bread and place the container in a warm, dark place.
(The lid should be closed).
Container B: Piace a dry slice of bread in a warm, dark place (The lid should
be closed)
Container C: Moisten the bread and place it in a bright area with the lid open.
4. Leave the containers for a period of 5 days.
