What do plants use to make up their structure?

Molecules of glucose join together to form cellulose. Next, glucose molecules combine to form long chains called cellulose. Cellulose is then used to build plant structures, like cell walls. As more cells divide, the plant's leaves, stems, and roots can grow larger.

for  example, forests have higher evapotranspiration than other ecosystems,  such  as grasslands, because of their deeper roots and greater leaf area. thus forests have a net moistening effect on the atmosphere and become a moisture source for downwind ecosystems.
