I think it will most likely be an Old World primate (apes, monkeys and lemurs) (not including Colobinae), most New World monkeys (with the exception of Cebidae) don't have opposable thumbs. It could also belong to a mammal related to modern-day raccoons, although their thumb isn't completely opposable, it's just slightly lower than the other fingers. Possums have (clawless) opposable thumbs on their hindlimbs. Sometimes the sesamoid bone of Giant Pandas is considered to be a finger, in this case it would also be an opposable thumb. If it's a dinosaur, then it could possibly be some species of raptor, like a Bambiraptor or a Troodon, which had partially opposable thumbs.
