I'm not sure glycerol is made of fatty acids, but I'm sure about proteins .. They are made of amino acids! A: Simple sugars are made of polysaccharides. Nope simple sugars are not made of polysaccharides, but Polysaccharides are made of simple sugars that are monosaccharides. And Nucelotides are not made of nucleic acids, Nucleic acids are made of nucleotides ...:)
