The answer should be C. Convergent plate boundary is when 2 or more plate tectonics in the lithosphere and move toward one another and collide. Which I believe is when a volcano is in the process of being formed. But if I were you I'd look into Divergent Plate Boundaries as well. 

Well, both latitude and intensity of light affect temperature because, the higher the light intensity, the higher the temperature and since latitude is the measure of how close you are to the equator, then the closer to the equator you are, the higher the temperature is.
