First you must understand that biotic factors include those living things that are still alive. Abiotic factors are no longer living or were never living. 

It is somewhat difficult to see the picture, but the biotic factors I see include a scarce number of tree trunks.

Many abiotic factors are present. There are many dead tree branches, ash and dust, and a car in the background.
