How do feedback loops regulate the action of hormones?

two types of feedback loops pos and neg
if something get to high and needs to be lowered, then it is positive, and hormones will be triggered to lower it
if something gets to low, then it is negative and needs to be raised to hormones are triggered to raise it.

That would be a working theory.
