Flooding on rivers is caused by human activity rather than natural events

Although human activities had cause a lot of things that could contribute to global warming and pollution, it is also the natural event at fault of causing some events to occur such as having flood on the rivers. It could be because of the heavy rain that could contribute it to having a high level of water, causing flood.
