For the biotic factors- Over the years you can see that more vegetation has grown.  It was all originally wipe out but it is starting to grow back.  In more years it will grow more.  

For the abiotic factors- The soil will still be mostly the same except that the soil will be less burnt. The soil will also be richer.

I don't think it has reached a climax community because the vegetation is just starting to grow back.
