I just need help on if I set this up right? By the way I’m doing the sickle-cell disease.

Explanation:

Assuming the horizontally placed parent is the father, which is homo-zygous recessive  (a) for having sickle cell disease, i.e. he has the disorder.  This is where you have set up correctly.

On the other hand, a small adjustment is needed for the mother.  The mother (parent displayed vertically) is HOMO-zygous for not having the disease, hence she has alleles AA.  

Since both parents are homo-zygous, all offsprings are heterozygous for the disease.  Since sickle cell disease is recessive, it will need both copies of the mutated allele to have the disorder.  Therefore all their offsprings will not express the disorder (phenotype, no disease), but all are carriers (genotype Aa).

Note:

1. the punnett square you prepared is correct for the current genotype of the parents.  Well done.

2. Homo-zygous and hetero-zygous spell without hyphens.   will not let those correctly spelled words go through, so ended up putting in hyphens.
