How do you know if you have depression ???

I think by always in your room

you do not communicate that much

and possibly you are cutting your skin

You will know if someone have depression by them being a bit distant, lose interest in everything, always being alone, and not being the way the use to be before they had depression I have friends that have depression and it’s deep especially parents and not understanding us and taking us as a joke and saying things that might effect us parents will probably make it worse
