What is salmonella and where will you find it?​

a bacterium that occurs mainly in the gut, especially a serotype causing food poisoning.

Salmonella can be found in many foods including beef, chicken, eggs, fruits, pork, sprouts, vegetables, and even processed foods, such as nut butter, frozen pot pies, chicken nuggets, and stuffed chicken entrees.

Explanation:

people usually get infected with salmonella by eating foods that have been contaminated with feces for example raw meat poultry and seafood

2. a parasite only benefits when the host is alive (cause if the host dies the parasite dies with it )
