The lambda DNA ( DNA) provided to you in this lab is a linear DNA. Based on this information and the results from your gel, determine the number of restrictions sites in the  DNA for each enzyme. Hint: Two of the fragments produced by the EcoRI enzyme are similar in size, at ~4k bp.
