We will be using several restriction enzymes to analyze our PCR products using a restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Locate the positions were EcoRI, EcoRV, Nsil, and BamHI cut the plasmid. Will these enzymes cut on both sides of the insert to cut it back out? what will happen if we use an enzyme that cuts at only one site?
