Thylakoids DNA and ribosomes are all components found in chloroplast of the plant cell. Chloroplast is the double membrane-bound organelle present in plants. Thylakoid sheets are present in chloroplast which contains a pigment called chlorophyll that absorbs sunlight and helps in photosynthesis.

These thylakoids are present in stroma which is the fluid-filled space in chloroplast and contains many enzymes, ribosomes, and  DNA of chloroplast. The DNA of the chloroplast is circular and ribosomes are 70s type which resembles the prokaryotic cell.

Many thylakoids stacks together to form granum and many granum together called grana which used to perform the light-dependent photosynthesis inside the chloroplast. Therefore, both thylakoid DNA and ribosomes are found in chloroplast.
