How can global warming lead to changes to the earths surface

It can lead to changes because it can melt the ice caps. It can also make bigger and more damaging storms. It will also have an effect on the plants and animals. There is also the fact that it can migration of many animals harder. Animals would be lead to migrating later in the year or earlier. 

Global warming is starting to melt the northern and southern ice caps. melting of the ice caps leads to sea levels to rise. taking away more and more coastal land. the more the water rises the less land there will be. less land means less living space. less living space means people will have to relocate. people relocating will cause over population in bigger citys and the list can go on for ever
