Obesity and weight control management relate to lack of physical activity and non-healthy diet. Overweight people typically lack of will power and self-discipline to do this physical activity and manage their diet. The environment, lifestyle and behavior are factors that affect obesity.  

Obesity is a condition when the body fat exceeds biological needs. It is because of the calories intake higher than the energy expenditure. Obesity causes many health problems such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes type 2 and a certain type of cancer. Nowadays, people tend to do less physical activity. To reduce obesity, it is encouraging to do regular exercise and a healthier diet. This effort should be done continuously to maintain weight control. An adult ideally exercises for 75 minutes per week for vigorous-intensity exercise or 150 minutes per week for moderate exercises.
