What are some advantages of biotechnology such as cloning? what are some disadvantages?

Biotechnology has been beneficial to both man and the environment through many processes.
Cloning is a type of biotechnology wherein a specific subject or living subject is copied at the same DNA level -morphology, physiology and organismic whole hence, identically similar with one another when two subject are produced.

The advantages of cloning will be primarily of the resources.
1. There will be an abundance of resources in the biotic community such as the plants, animals and other organisms.
2. We can better understand and fight diseases in a genetical manner.
3. Health reasons and mainly neurological reasons.

The disadvantages will be:
1. Possible unknowns
2. New disorders and diseases, maybe due to disoriented and incompatible mutations
