BamH1 and EcoR1

To clone the p53 segment into the pcdna 3 plasmid we can use BamH1 and EcoR1 restriction enzymes. We can use any other enzymes too but that should have restriction site in between the plasmid inserting regions. But have to use the same for the pcr product which we have to clone in the plasmid.
