Washing dishes with non drinkable water is considered to be immediate health hazard that must be corrected immediately.  Non drinkable water can contaminate with bacteria and disease the food served on the dishes.
Dishes must be washed with clean water that is drinkable. 
In also unsafe to shower with non drinkable water because water penetrates into the body through the pores.
