Will be reward brainlest if correct use the figure below to review the reactants and products of photosynthesis and respiration. with respect to carbon dioxide and oxygen concentrations, what trends would you expect to see in the epipelagic vs. the mesopelagic zones? why? the diagram shows the processes of photosynthesis and respiration. water, sunlight and carbon dioxide are shown entering the chloroplast and oxygen along with glucose passing into the mitochondrion where glucose then turns to energy and heat. a. i would expect to find equal concentrations of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the epipelagic and the mesopelagic zones because these zones are always well mixed. b. i would expect to find higher oxygen and lower carbon dioxide concentrations in the epipelagic zone because this is the well-lit zone in which photosynthesis occurs. c. i would expect to find lower oxygen and higher carbon dioxide concentrations in the epipelagic zone because this is the zone in which the majority of photosynthesis and respiration occurs. d. i would expect to find lower oxygen and lower carbon dioxide concentrations in the epipelagic zone because because this is where the majority of cellular respiration takes place.

Coat color in cats is determined by genes at several different loci. at one locus on the x chromosome, one allele (x ) encodes black fur and another allele (xo) encodes orange fur. females can be black (x x ), orange (xoxo), or a mixture of orange and black called tortoiseshell (x xo). males are either black (x y) or orange (xoy). bill has a female tortoiseshell cat named patches. one night, patches escapes from bill\'s house, spends the night out, and mates with a stray male. patches later gives birth to the following kittens: one orange male, one black male, two tortoiseshell females, and one orange female. what are the genotypes of patches, the stray male, and the kittens?

Scenario #2 in 2001, a population of 2,500 poison dart frogs lived in the amazon rain forest. due to increased deforestation, the population dwindled to 25 frogs in 2019. new government regulations were enacted in 2022, successfully putting an end to the deforestation of the amazon rain forest. once deforestation was stopped, the poison dart frog population was able to recover. by 2050, the population reached 8,000 frogs, of that population, 20 are homozygous recessive for being spotted (ss genotype). q2- ? q- p- p2- 2pq-
