This experiment taught me, that how different types of food can be burned to make fuel for the body. It also, showed how different foods can have higher impacts on your diet. It also, learned that the package on food can be misleading. However, they more than likely have the correct equipment. they may be understating the amount of calories to mislead the consumer, and make them think they are consuming less calories. Lastly I learned, hat one can calculate the amount of calories at home; which I thought was only possible with an expensive machine(Bomb- Calorimeter.).
