People at the lower end of the socioeconomic ladder have worse health for almost every disease and medical condition than do those at the top. one reason for this is

1. Lack of money to receive treatment. 
2. Lack of money to eat healthy (a bag of chips is cheaper than a fruit salad)
3. Lack of money to live/work in a healthy area with no pollution or other toxicity.
4. Lack of time to exercise (always working)
