Invest in a real state propierty in another city.

I felt really uncomfortable after taking this decision, the criteria that I used to take this decision was merely economical. Therefore, the emotional criteria were overlooked. The process for taking this decision was to made a benchmark of the prices on real state in the city where I wanted to live and then buy the apartment which would give me the higher return over the investment ROI. Using the seven-step process would help me if I had selected more emotional criteria when gathering relevant information step as I have foreseeing that the apartment chosen was too much of a risk if the investment had to deal with a problem as it occurred.  In the long run this process permits to forecast what would be the expected scenarios and results when the relevant information is well gathered.
