the due dates reflect the need for the order to be at its next operation. a) develop separate schedules by using the fcfs, edd, spt and slack (slack=due date-production date) rules. compare the schedules on the basis of average flow time, average past due hours and average early time. b) comment on the performance of the four rules relative to these measures.
