Iam selling a laptop on ebay and someone made a best offer of $650 this morning. i accepted and now see that the person has zero feedback, and just made their account yesterday. their account says they are/were located in netherlands and they want me to ship to verenidge staten, houston, tx, 77082-5425. they said they want paypal email to make payment asap and asked for more photos. should i ship but include tracking? what should i do? !
