Toby then gets in an argument with someone at the party and tells Jack to get in the car because they are leaving. Jack tells Toby in a hesitant voice that he doesn't think Toby is safe to drive and he doesn't want to get in the car. Toby says that he's fine and yells at Jack to get in the car.
