Timmy and Tommy are two casino owners. During their opening day celebration theyeach decide to run a special called the infinite lottery. The rules are simple, patrons pay $100 to beentered into one of their lotteries, and at the end of the day one winner is drawn from each lottery. The winners will be awarded with and infinite amount of money, paid out in the following manners:

• If they win Timmy's lottery, they will receive $1 the first week, $1/5 the second week, $1/9 the third week, $1/13 the fourth week, and so on.
• If they win Tommy's lottery, the will receive $10/2 the first week, $10/5 the second week, $10/10 the third week, $10/17 the fourth week, and so on.

The day after the lottery, one of Timmy or Tommy is arrested for running a fraudulent infinite lottery. Which one is it?
