How to assess diversity in an organization?
- As part of my master thesis, I am looking into how diversity can be measured or assessed in a company. Some consultancies and public institutions have developed surveys for this matter. Does anyone have experience in the diversity field and knows about a tool or survey that analyzes the diversity situation in an organization?
