Does anyone know a good quality but cheap sticker printer i cant find one thats cheap but also prints big stickers

requirements:
cheap about under $40 if possible
prints medium stickers not to big not to small
good quality prints
glossy and matte paper available

i doubt this will be able to find but this app finds everything so, also im making this a lot of points and i will give brainlist to anyone who can find one with all the requirements
