Available in Jamaica.  The              Government of Jamaica has contracted him to work on a one year project. The contract is worth six million dollars ($6M) and represents most of his earnings for the year.   
           He travels to Jamaica some seventeen (17) times per year to carry out his duties and usually stays in the country for 15 – 18 days.  In addition, he does consultation work when in Jamaica for some private firms and earns another three million dollars ($3M) performing at these jobs.
