I was working human resource department in one of the leading food and beverage company. The human resource department has many difficulties in maintaining equality and diversity policy.

Human resource department is always the first one to which most of the employee problems are communicated. It is duty of human resource team to treat every employee with care and listen to their concerns carefully. One of employee has been harassed at the work place but she was threatened not to communicate it to any one or else she will be at risk of her job.
