behind. The Joneses have three small children and live far away from family members. They only recently moved to the area and have
not made many friends. Mr. Jones finds it difficult to search for a job while also taking care of their children. One night, after he had
been drinking alcohol, Mr. Jones yelled at the children and lost his temper. A neighbor overheard him and called Child Welfare Services
to let them know of his/her concern.
