KOK CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (KCL)
The management of Kok Construction Limited collects PAYE from their employees KCL also encourages
their employees to participate in learning programmes Employees are allowed to form workplace forums
so that they can participate in decision making James, one of their employees was given permission to
take 10 consecutive leave days after the birth of his child
Some of KCL clients who bought their products on credit were allowed to return them in order to settle
their debt. Zakie, one of their prospective clients was given reasons why his credit application was not
accepted. The management of KCL compiled a job analysis for their vacant position. They used intranet
and billboards to advertise the vacant position
The employees of KCL are aware of the company's policies and have access to KCL's reports. Jane, one
