Inbound load is a load that is being expected to arrive which be through train which is to be collected at the train station, plain which is to be collected at the airport, or through logistics company that deal with different clients.

In order not to receive a load that is the expected load, it is important to differentiate inbound load.  

Some of the was to differentiate in inbound load include:  

1. Fix a distinct tag or label on the load .

2. Indicate where the load is coming from on the tag i.e. indicate the point of departure.

3. Indicate the time the load left the point of departure since it may likely have the same point of departure with other loads.

4. Write the phone number and name of the person responsible to take delivery of the good.

5. If it is a business shipment, attached the numbers on the load.
