A. C. Furniture (ACF) manufactured custom furniture for national restaurant chains. A representative of Arby’s Restaurant Group emailed ACF an order for 4,500 chairs at $44 per chair, with detailed specifications of seat pads, model numbers, and Arby’s signature colors.
