Sue is a new expatriate manager for the Beijing office of Outsourcing International. She is responsible for a developing an ad campaign for a new service the company is launching. There are 5 people on her team. Li Chang and Hong Liang are local Chinese. Trevor Thompson and Cindy Slate are from the home office in Omaha, Nebraska. Evan Chen is a returnee back in China after a 10-year career in the states. In order for this project to be successful Sue needs to rely on Li Chang and Hong Liang to represent the Chinese sensibilities. Sue holds weekly meetings where the group gets together and critiques the various ideas. Li Chang and Hong Liang do not contribute to these sessions. When Sue asks for their opinion in the group setting they offer no critiques. Sue is unsure how to proceed. Required:
