(C) contact the RR who submitted the request and ask for clarification along with additional documentation from the RR, as no written requests by the RR's family or in-laws were received. (D) inform the RR that though the contact information cannot be changed to the RR's personal contact information, the RR can change the contact information to that of the firm without issue.
