Lisa is a full-time mother taking care of three active children. On one particularly busy
afternoon, Lisa decides that she does not have time to cook for herself and her children or sit
down to eat in a restaurant. With her three children in the car, she decides to use the drive-
through line at her neighbourhood fast food restaurants. Since it is a Friday, the restaurant is
very busy. There is a long queue at the drive-through. Due to the long wait, her children start to
feel restless and begin to throw tantrums. Lisa finds it difficult to concentrate with all the
commotion as she tries to keep her children quiet. When her tum comes, she quickly orders
what she wanted and her order amounts to RM 16. Lisa gives the cashier a RM 20 note. Due
to restaurant being so busy, the cashier mistakes Lisa's RM 20 note for RM 50 note. Instead of
returning RM 4 to Lisa, the cashier mistakenly hands her RM 34. Although Lisa realizes that
the cashier has made a mistake, she is in a hurry, so she drives away
