China has a collectivist culture. how do you believe that this will affect managers in a starbucks store?

A collectivist culture in a person having this trait is a way where an individual prioritizes family or work group first than of other personal needs. If this had affected the starbucks store and the person or group of people have collectivist culture, it means they will likely prioritize their work and do a job well done since they focus more on working as a group first to achieve their goals than doing their own personal desires.

i would get some file cabnitsits to store all my documents and paper work, then i would make sure to always keep my desk clean and organzed by using sticky notes to mark a stack of papers. and etc. but mainly i would just stay clean and organized because it will make lfe alot eaisier trust me. hope this !
