If you don't sleep very often, then you could start to see a decrease in health. If you don't sleep, you may have difficulty concentrating because you're tired. If you don't sleep, your reaction time would be a little off due to thinking about the dreams you coulda had but no, you decided to watch the new episode of The Walking Dead (haha).
