What type of leader fosters creativity and growth?

There are different types of leaders, the type of leader that foster creativity and growth is called TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER.
Transformational leader is a type of leader that works with his subordinates to identify the changes that needs to be implemented, he creates visions to guide his subordinate through and inspired them all the way to achieve the best possible. This type of leader usually give their subordinate the freedom to make the necessary decisions once they have been trained, thus creativity and innovation are encouraged and this normally lead to growth.
