Unless you look up the solubilities, I think you must use the Kₛₚ values to calculate solubilities.

For the AgX compounds

AgX ⇌ Ag⁺ +X⁻

Kₛₚ = s × s =s²

s = √Kₛₚ

For Ag₂O, the equation is

Ag₂O + H₂O ⇌ 2Ag⁺ + 2OH⁻

Kₛₚ = 2s × 2s = 4s²

s = ½√Kₛₚ
