What is the difference between arrhenius and brønsted-lowry acids and bases?

-arrhenius acids are not required to be in aqueous solutions because arrhenius acids can dissociate in any medium, not just water. therefore, arrhenius acids can be gases.

-all arrhenius acids are also brønsted-lowry acids because while dissociating, arrhenius acids always donate a proton and arrhenius bases always accept a proton.

-hydroxide ions are not bases according to the brønsted-lowry because hydroxide ions cannot accept protons and brønsted-lowry defines bases as proton acceptors.
